Lyofast ACR
Lyofast ACR consists of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus in the ratio 1:1:1. Lyofast ACR may be applied in generic probiotic products and in dairy products such as fermented milk products. Furthermore the culture develops a weak acidity and aroma from slow citrate fermentation depending on processing.
