Lyofast MT 170 V consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii spp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus brevis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides spp. cremoris, and the yeast Saccharomyces bayanus. Lyofast MT 170 V ensures a uniform and controlled production of fermented milk like Kefir, Dough and Kumis. Saccharomyces bayanus produces gas from milk fermentation.
