Mini Virtual Technical Meeting for Sacco System technologists of the Americas n.1

On March 3rd we held our Mini Virtual Technical Meeting for Sacco System technologists from the Americas.
We were joined by 35 technologists working in our commercial and technical assistance network for this market, with the participation of representatives from Fermentos del Sur (Chile), BioInsumos (Uruguay), BioInsumos (Bolivia), Chacomer (Paraguay), Provolatte (Venezuela), Raff (Mexico), Tuteur (Argentina), Sacco Brasil, Amerilac (USA), BioVItaLIve (Ecuador), Distribuidora del Caribe (Central America), Abiasa (Mexico), CSL USA (USA), GLI-Linros (Peru), and on this occasion with the great support of Centro Agro Lechero, our distributor for the Colombian market.
The technical meeting on the use of our Lyofast LRB culture in the conservation of milk, presenting a large number of successful cases of application by improving the quality of the raw material and thus improving the quality of dairy products and cheese yield obtained, was an excellent area of enrichment and technical exchange for all attendees.
