JOINTEC MY consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus. JOINTEC MY ensures a uniform and controlled production of set and stirred yoghurt with medium viscosity from Streptococcus thermophilus producing EPS. JOINTEC MY ensures a high count of Lactobacillus bulgaricus in the yoghurt throughout the shelf-life.
