Cryofast M 433 Q consists of selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis, and Leuconostoc ssp.. Cryofast M 433 Q ensures a uniform and controlled production of e.g. fermented milk, mesophilic fermented milk, like Viili, cream products and fermented cream products. Cryofast M 433 Q might be used in the production of soft cheese and semi-hard cheese too.
