Cryofast MW 035 T consists of undefined strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris and Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, with defined strains of Leuconostoc ssp. and Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis. Cryofast MW 035 T ensures a uniform and controlled production of fresh cheese, blue mould cheese, semi hard cheese, fermented milk and creams products (summertime, incl. lactic butter), where fast gas formation and high aroma formation are wanted.
