Cryofast MW 036 T consists of undefined strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris and defined strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis, and Leuconostoc. Cryofast MW 036 T ensures a uniform and controlled production of fresh cheese, blue mould cheese, semi hard cheese, fermented milk and creams products (summertime, incl. lactic butter), where fast gas formation and high aroma formation are wanted.
