Cryofast ST 025 F consist of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus. Cryofast ST 025 F ensures a uniform and controlled production of soft cheese (resembling Crescenza or Brie) and hard cheese (resembling Emmental or Grana). Cryofast ST 025 F might also be used in the production of fermented milk products such as mild Laban and yoghurt.
