Cryofast ST 030 consist of specifically selected strains of mild Streptococcus thermophilus. Cryofast ST 030 ensures a uniform and controlled production of soft cheese (resembling Crescenza or Brie), semi-hard cheese, hard cheese (resembling Emmental or Grana), and Mozzarella. Cryofast ST 030 might also be used in the production of fermented milk products, such as mild Laban, and yoghurt.
