Cryofast Y 082 F consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus not producing EPS. Cryofast Y 082 F ensures a uniform and controlled production of traditionally tasting, aromatic yogurt with very fast and strong acidification. Cryofast Y 082 F is mainly used for production of set yoghurt, drinking yoghurt and strained yoghurt. Moreover Cryofast Y082 F may be used in the production of fresh cheese, soft cheese and pasta filata cheese.
