Cryofast Y 086 F consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus not producing EPS, to ensure a uniform and controlled production of traditionally tasting, aromatic yogurt with very fast and strong acidification. Cryofast Y 086 F is mainly used for production of set yoghurt, drinking yoghurt, fresh cheese, soft cheese and hard cheese.
