DOS BM 602 consist of specifically selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis and Streptococcus thermophilus. DOS BM 602 ensures a uniform and controlled production both Cheddar cheese and semi-hard cheese with round eyes (like i.e. Danbo, Swiss Tilsit). Moreover DOS BM 602 can be used in the production of fresh cheese and soft cheese.
