DOT HH 902 consists of specifically selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus and Lactobacillus helveticus. DOT HH 902 ensures a uniform and controlled production of soft cheese, semi-hard cheese and hard cheese.
