JOINTEC 13 consists of specifically selected strains of mostly Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus. JOINTEC 13 ensures a uniform and controlled production of traditional yoghurt, fermented milk, soft cheese, fresh cheese (like Caciotta), Pizza cheese and Blue type cheese.
