JOINTEC 203 consists of specifically selected strains of fast Streptococcus thermophilus producing EPS and a low content of Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus. JOINTEC 203 ensures a uniform and controlled production of fermented milks and medium-mild yoghurt with medium viscosity.
