JOINTEC D consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus, producing EPS, and a low content of Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus. JOINTEC D ensures a uniform and controlled production of mild set and stirred yoghurt with medium viscosity.
