JOINTEC D RS consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus producing EPS and a low content of Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus. JOINTEC D RS ensures a uniform and controlled production of mild set and stirred yoghurt with medium viscosity.
