JOINTEC M802 consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus with no EPS production. JOINTEC M802 ensures a uniform and controlled production of traditionally tasting, aromatic yoghurt with fast and strong acidification. JOINTEC M802 is mainly used for production of set yoghurt and drinking yoghurt. Furthermore, the culture might be used to produce fresh cheese, soft cheese, and hard cheese.
