JOINTEC VH549 consists of specifically selected strains of Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus which produces EPS enhancing viscosity. JOINTEC VH549 ensures a uniform and controlled production of very mild set and stirred yoghurt with very high viscosity.
