JOINTEC VH802 consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus in a balanced composition with no EPS production. JOINTEC VH802 ensures a uniform and controlled production of traditionally tasting, aromatic yoghurt with very fast and strong acidification. JOINTEC VH802 is mainly used for production of set yoghurt, drinking yoghurt, fresh cheese, soft cheese, and hard cheese.
