KEFNLX is a culture consisting of undefining strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, and selected strains of Lactococcus lactis spp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis, Lactobacillus brevis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, and the yeast strains of Kluiveromyces marxianus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. KEFNLX ensures a uniform and controlled production of fermented milk like Kefir.
