KEFNLY1 is a freeze-dried culture consisting undefined strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis and Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris and selected strains of Lactococcus lactis spp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis, Lactobacillus brevis, Leuconostoc ssp. and Saccharomyces spp.. KEFNLY1 ensures a uniform and controlled production of fermented milk like Kefir, Dough and Kumis. The yeast strain produces gas from milk fermentation.
