LM02 consists of specifically selected strains of Leuconostoc mesenteroides and Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides. LM02 ensures additional aroma formation in production of fermented milk products, fresh cheese, soft cheese and lactic butter. Furthermore, LM02 produces gas in cheese.
