Lyofast MO 041 consists of specifically selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis. Lyofast MO 041 ensures a uniform and controlled production of sour cream, soft cheese and fresh cheese like Cottage cheese. Moreover Lyofast MO 041 can be used in the production of semi-hard cheese with round eyes (like i.e. Danbo, Swiss Tilsit).
