Lyofast MO 142 consists of specifically selected mesophilic strains Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis and Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris. Lyofast MO 142 ensures a uniform and controlled production of e.g. fermented milk cream products, fresh cheese, soft cheese, and semi-hard cheese. Lyofast MO 142 has EPS production to increase the creaminess of the product.
