Lyofast SH 090 E consists of specifically selected strains of fast Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus helveticus gal +. Lyofast SH 090 E ensures a uniform and controlled production of soft cheese (resembling Crescenza or Brie) and hard cheese (resembling Emmental or Grana). Lyofast SH 090 E might be also used in the production of fermented milk products such as mild Laban and yoghurt.
