Lyofast SH 094 E consists of specifically selected strains of fast Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus helveticus gal +. Lyofast SH 094 E ensures a uniform and controlled production of soft cheese (resembling Crescenza or Brie), and hard cheese (resembling Emmental or Grana). Lyofast SH 094 E might also be used in the production of fermented milk products such as mild Laban and yoghurt.
