Lyofast SH 096 F consists of specifically selected strains of fast and mild Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus helveticus. Lyofast SH 096 F ensures a uniform and controlled production of semi-hard cheese and hard cheese resembling Emmental or Grana. Furthermore Lyofast SH 096 F might also be used in the production of mozzarella.
