Lyofast ST 328 consists of specifically selected blend of Streptococcus thermophilus EPS producers. Lyofast ST 328 ensures a uniform and controlled production of very fermented milk like Ryazhenka or sour cream with very high viscosity like Smetana. Lyofast ST 328 may also be used in other products such as fresh cheese, soft cheese and in blends for yoghurt.
