Lyofast ST 329 consists of specifically selected blend of Streptococcus thermophilus EPS producers. Lyofast ST 329 ensures a uniform and controlled production of very mild fermented milk like Ryazhenka, or sour cream with high viscosity like Smetana. Lyofast ST 329 may also be used in other products such as fresh cheese, soft cheese, and in blends for yoghurt.
