Lyofast ST 447 consists of specifically selected strains of fast fermenting Streptococcus thermophilus producing EPS. Lyofast ST 447 ensures a uniform and controlled production of mild fermented milk or sour cream with high viscosity. Lyofast ST 447 can also be used for production of fresh and soft cheese and in blends for yoghurt as well as in other dairy products.
