Lyofast ST V5 consists of a specifically selected strain of Streptococcus thermophilus. Lyofast ST V5 ensures a uniform and controlled production of mild fermented milk or sour cream. Lyofast ST V5 can also be used for production of fresh and soft cheese and in blends for yoghurt as well as in other dairy products.
