Lyofast Y 084 FK consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, in a balanced composition, with no EPS production. Lyofast Y 084 FK ensures a uniform and controlled production of traditionally tasting, aromatic yoghurt with very fast and strong acidification. Lyofast Y 084 FK is mainly used for production of set yoghurt, drinking yoghurt. Furthermore Lyofast Y 084 FK can be used in the production of white brined cheese (like Brinza), fresh cheese, soft cheese, and semi-hard cheese.
