Lyofast Y 085 F consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus in a balanced composition with no to low EPS production to ensure a uniform and controlled production of traditionally tasting, aromatic yoghurt with very fast and strong acidification. Lyofast Y 085 F is mainly used for production of set yoghurt, drinking yoghurt, fresh cheese, soft cheese, and hard cheese.
