Lyofast YAB 436 AB consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus producing EPS, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus added with probiotic strains Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis. Lyofast YAB 436 AB ensures a uniform and controlled production of very mild set and stirred yoghurt with high viscosity.
