Lyofast YABC 330 B consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus producing EPS, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus added with the probiotic strains Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei and Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis. Lyofast YABC 330 B ensures a uniform and controlled production of mild yoghurt with low post-acidifcation.
