PZ IDC 900 consists of specifically selected strains of fast Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus helveticus gal +. PZ IDC 900 ensures a uniform and controlled production of soft cheese (resembling Crescenza or Brie) and hard cheese (resembling Emmental or Grana). PZ IDC 900 might be also used in the production of fermented milk products such as mild Laban and yoghurt.
