SHP IDC 7 consists of selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis and Streptococcus thermophilus. SHP IDC 7 ensures a uniform and controlled production of fresh cheese (like Quark), soft cheese and semi-hard cheese.
