TM A 13 consists of specifically selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris and Streptococcus thermophilus. TM A 13 ensures a uniform and controlled production of hard cheese, and semi-hard cheese.
