TM IDC 01 consists of specifically selected strains of fast fermenting Streptococcus thermophilus and homofermentative mesophilic strains Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris. TM IDC 01 ensures a uniform and controlled production of Pasta Filata cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Hard and Semihard cheese.
