ABLF 319 consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus producing a small quantity of EPS. Furthermore, ABLF 319 is added with the probiotic strains Lactococcus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis. ABLF 319 ensures a uniform and controlled production of very mild fermented milk products with low viscosity.
