Cryofast Y 478 F consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus producing EPS and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus to ensure a uniform and controlled production of stirred yoghurt with very high viscosity. Cryofast Y 478 F is especially designed for production of traditional yoghurt with very fast fermentation.
