Lyofast Y PR 450 B consists of specifically selected strains of mild acidifying Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus which produces EPS enhancing viscosity, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus. Lyofast Y PR 450 B is yogurt culture with protection activity against yeasts and moulds, it ensures a uniform and controlled production of very mild set and stirred yoghurt with high viscosity.
