Lyofast Y PR 456 B consists of specifically selected strains of mild acidifying Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus that produces EPS enhancing viscosity, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus. Lyofast Y PR 456 B is yogurt culture with protection activity against yeasts and moulds, it ensures a uniform and controlled production of very mild set and stirred yoghurt with high viscosity.
