RS IDC 4 consists of specifically selected strains of fast fermenting Streptococcus thermophilus producing EPS. RS IDC 4 ensures a uniform and controlled production of mild fermented milk or sour cream with high viscosity. RS IDC 4 can also be used in the production of fresh and soft cheese. It might be used, in blends with other strains, for both yoghurt and other dairy products production.
