JOINTEC B546 consists of specifically selected strains of a mild acidifying Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus and of fast acidifying Streptococcus thermophilus strains which produce EPS enhancing viscosity. JOINTEC B546 ensures a uniform and controlled production of very mild set and stirred yoghurt with high viscosity.
