JOINTEC H 802
JOINTEC H 802 consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus in a balanced composition with no to low EPS production. JOINTEC H 802 ensures a uniform and controlled production of traditionally tasting, aromatic yoghurt with very fast and strong acidification. JOINTEC H 802 is mainly used for production of set yoghurt and drinking yoghurt. Furthermore, the culture might be used to produce fresh cheese, soft cheese, and hard cheese.
